People that have a lot of experience of the stress only 43%
increased of dying, but this only true for people that believe stress is
harmful for they healthy. If the people do not think the stress is harmful is
lowest risk for dying. The researcher
said that 182,000 deaths of people because they belief stress is bad for them.
The science said that when we change our mind about stress that make our
body change response about stress. This work did by the social stress test. When
someone come to laboratory and have to speech five minutes in she or he
personal weakness in front of many people, there are bright light and camera in
the face, then the evaluator will give
the non verbal feedback to he/she like he play his eyes to the left and right and cross his hand. The
little stress can comes when do a math test. For example : count backwards from
996 in increments of seven, do this out load and as fast as you can, then the
evaluator will say go faster, faster please, going slow and she say stop, stop, stop suddenly and
point a the guy that make mistake and have to start again. That can produce the
little stress.
In a
typical stress response, the heart going goes up and the blood altery constrict
throb, this is one of the reason that chronic stress sometimes is associated
with cardiovascular disease, it’s not healthy if happen in all the time. When
the feeling of the stress come you have believe that your body can helping you
to rise challenge and the stress response to be healthier. One of the most under-appreciated
aspects of stress response and the idea is stress make us social. In the body
there is oxytocin hormone, this is a stress hormone. When someone feel difficult
in life, the stress response want to be surrounded with the people who care about
you. We know the side of stress
going healthier because oxytocin not
only act the brain but also the body and protect cardiovascular system from
effect of the stress. The harmful effect of stress on the health are not
inevitable. The way people think and act can transform the experience of
stress.
