There are some mania in the world. One of new mania is a mania for learning English. many people in every country learn to speak English. The way that their learn is different. For example, like Chinese their practice English by screaming by creaming it. The people who trying to learn English worldwide are two billion of them in Latin America, India, Southeast Asia and most of all in china. The Chinese students start learn English in third grade by law. Because of that Chinese be a larges English speaking country. There are some reason to learn English are the opportunity a better life, looking for job, to pay a school and get better in the food. English also important to get the grade in education, 25 % of the grade is based on English. The test for learning English has taken by 80 million high school in Chinese students. English as a second language, learning English become part of a wider conversation : global conversation about global problem, like climate change or poverty or hunger or disease. The world has other universal languages, but English is language for problem solving. The English mania is a turning point, English represent hope for a better future where the world has a common language and to solve its common problems.
