We
often hear the word organization. So, what is organization mean ? Organization
is one community that the individuals working together to achieve one or more
objectives. Based on vocabulary.com dictionary organization is a group of
people who work together, like a neighborhood association, a charity, or a
corporation. Talking about organization, I want clarify about does a
students needed to join in organization
?
Some
people opinions join with organization is not important. They regard that the
organization can offend learning process. That reason can receive in our mind
because when we join with one organization we required to be active there, so
that we will forget about our obligation as a students such as, not go to
campus, do not do homework and assignment. In other side, join with an
organization is needed for us as students. There are some explanation of why we
need to organization.
1.
When
we go to campus everyday, we will get a lot of knowledge from lecturer and
friends. In addition, the lecturer will
give assignment for us that have to due in particular deadline. The assignment
that we get more than one can make us stress if we do not understand. So, if we
have an organization, we can ask to help for the member like sister and brother
about that assignment. They also can teaching us more that we hope.
2.
If
we have an organization we will get a lot of friends. So that, if we looking
for job or other thing we will have the link that they can help us.
3.
In
organization, we faced the people in different character and behavior. This can help us to comprehend the differences each other and
teach us how to interact with them without distinguish them.
4.
In
organization, we will learn how to receive and comment people’s opinion and
train us to brave in giving opinion and asking questions.
5.
The
organization will teach us how to manage the time.
6.
In the
organization learn us how to speak in front of people.
